Veli Lošinj
A Mediterranean fishing town that has kept its original charm to this day. Founded in the 13th century, it's full of quiet charm and romance.
Mali Lošinj
Founded a little later than Veli Lošinj, the town grew steadily from the 15th century and became the island's economic centre in the 18th century.
Miomirisni vrt (Fragrant Garden)
A place of calm, nature and harmony. In summer, enjoy a refreshing lemonade with views over the Kvarner Bay, Valdarke beach and Mount Velebit.
Providenca i Sv. Ivan
The island's two best-known viewpoints, with impressive panoramic views over the sea and the surrounding islands.
Osor
Once the economic, cultural and religious centre of Cres and Lošinj. The earliest settlements date back to the late Bronze/early Iron Age, and the town gained importance under Roman rule. Today it feels almost frozen in time.
Cres
Founded in the High Middle Ages as a fortified settlement, it received its town charter in 1332. In 1459 it took over Osor's role, becoming the island's political and economic centre, largely thanks to trade.
Lubenice
A place with a millennia-old settlement history reaching back to prehistoric times. Its present-day form took shape mainly during the Middle Ages.
Čikat Bay
A bay known for its splendid villas from the Austro-Hungarian era. The chapel at its entrance tells a story of sailors who spent much of their lives at sea while their families carried the responsibility at home.
